SERPENTINE PAVILION TRIP

For some architectural inspiration and time together in the sunshine, our team headed to Hyde Park to see the wonderful Lina Ghotmeh 2023 Serpentine Pavilion.

Following a tasty picnic hamper provided by the delicious Pique, we sat and admired the play of shadows and light inside the yurt like timber structure pavilion.

The central roof light gives the space a mesmerising almost sacred feeling and on a hot summers day was a welcome respite from the sun.

We enjoyed learning about Lina Ghotmeh and her fantastic arched buildings of which we are now big fans.
