Established in 2021, Nancy Gouldstone Architects are a London based architecture, interior design and garden design practice who specialise in luxurious, bespoke, detail driven residential projects for private clients and developers.

We take a holistic approach to the design process and are involved from concept to completion. We guide our clients through the process in a clear and understandable way, explaining the process in plain language.

Once appointed and after a very in-depth initial consultation, we craft a bespoke, unique design vision for our clients and we pair that vision up with a practical clear plan of how we can deliver the project in the way that suits our client’s lifestyle, budget and schedule best. We’ll advise on the timescale and costing to ensure that our clients have a realistic understanding of the process from the outset.

We will be by your side from the very first ideas you have for your project up to you moving into a fully completed and furnished home.

We assess every project to see how our team and skillset will be best utilised to give you the best possible project. While we have a wide ranging skillset in house, we also have a trusted team of consultants that we can also draw on to collaborate with based on the specific needs of each client and their project.

We have a trusted network of professionals from high end contractors, craftspeople  structural engineers,  joiners and art consultants who allow us to chart a smooth path from an initial idea up to a fully realised project of the highest quality and detail.

We undertake feasibility studies, planning applications, tender packages and construction design packages and contract administration as well as interior design, interior procurement and styling and garden design.

Our hands on involvement from the outset to the handover of projects allows our clients to relax and watch their projects progress and unfold with the confidence that they are in safe, professional hands.

MEET NANCY

Born in Dublin with a childhood split between Asia and Ireland, Nancy studied at the Bartlett School of architecture, University College London before working for Foster and Partners after she was headhunted during her final year of university.

She went on to work at a number of exceptional, high-end design practices including SCDLP where she worked on the Flint house in Buckinghamshire for Lord Rothschild.

A chartered and registered architect, with both the RIBA and the ARB, Nancy has worked as a sole trader from 2014 rebranding as Nancy Gouldstone Architects in 2021. Since then with her team, she has delivered numerous luxury, residential properties for discerning clients from film and music producers to international financiers, developers and judges. Her professionalism, passion for impeccable design and ability to communicate effectively throughout the whole project, between the building team and the client, is what many clients say really sets her apart.
