BELGRAVIA MEWS HOUSE
BELGRAVIA MEWS
Nestled on a quiet mews street behind Buckingham Palace Gardens, our Belgravia Mews house is a lateral conversion of two coach houses from the Victorian era that used to serve their parent large townhouses. Our Belgravia Mews house is a double fronted house which was last refurbished 12 years ago.
NGA are acting as the Architect & Interior designer leading the design for this full back to brick reconfiguration and refurbishment project which includes two new kitchens, two living rooms, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. NGA are also acting as Contract Administrator and as the CDM Principal Designer.
The house had last been refurbished twelve years ago and our client wanted a complete overhaul of the dated design along with a series of bold new interventions throughout the house.
We have created an opulent and luxurious scheme with special details at every turn. A stunning arabescato master bathroom suite, a incredibly unique green marble kitchen with a fluted and curved island, a sumptuous master bedroom with a bespoke designed headboard, window seat and chest of drawers all designed in house at NGA.
We worked with our client from the very first stages, helping her with choosing the perfect house and advising her of the architectural possibilities of the options that her property agent found for her.
As the property lies within the The Grosvenor Estate, a licence for the building works was required which we successfully achieved for our client.
Alongside the planning consultant, we achieved planning permission for the property with Westminster Council.
